Every effort is made to ensure that products conform with current regulations. These may change from time to time. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure that products are used in appropriate situations.

Products displayed on the website are from various reputable sources which are either BSIF registered or meet our stringent due diligence checks. Delivery can be via post, parcel carrier or via our own delivery. Products are generally received by our customers within 1-3 working days from order.



1) We endeavour to deliver all orders quickly and in full. Short deliveries and damages must be notified to us within three days of receipt of goods. We will of course replace damaged products in accordance with your statutory rights. Our returns department must be notified before goods are returned. Where goods are claimed to be defective or not as ordered we may ask for photographic evidence via email.

2) Returns will be accepted subject to the goods being unused and returned in their original packaging in a condition fit for resale within 28 days of delivery date. Returned items should be packaged inside an outer box or wrapper to avoid being spoilt by postage labels etc. No returns will be accepted 21 days from delivery for any reason.

3) It is the customers’ responsibility to cover the cost of the return carriage. Once returned goods have been received their condition will be checked. We will then refund the cost of the goods themselves minus a 25% restocking charge. The original carriage surcharge cannot be refunded. Please note if a product has been modified in any way as per a customer’s instruction, all rights of return are null.

4) Orders for dispatch may be cancelled prior to a courier ticket or postage label being generated without incurring any additional charges. Orders for collection will incur a 12% handling fee if cancelled after the order has been processed and is ready for collection.

Please note that certain products such as printed or personalised goods and other products where safety may have been compromised by use are often unfit for return and advice must be sought from our customer care team before returning them. Other products such as respiratory equipment, ear defenders and plugs cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Any goods that have been badged and embroidered or specially altered in anyway at a customer’s request are also non-returnable unless faulty.


Important notice: If goods are returned with a view to acquiring replacements, then the new items must be ordered separately through our website or by phone order. The refund will then be processed at a later date. Refunds can take up to three days to process; Placing a new order will ensure that replacements are sent out as soon as possible.



All prices on our website are in GBP. Credit card transactions in other currencies will be converted to GBP on the day of transaction. Our standard delivery procedure and tariff applies to deliveries in mainland UK. For enquiries outside this area please contact us for specific delivery arrangements and costs.



This web site, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this web site are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English


The data that PPE Stores holds about you is the minimum amount of data required to allow us to provide you with a professional high quality service for the provision of personal protective and safety equipment. The data held includes your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, shipping address, items purchased (including colour and size), items abandoned and any other notes that you provide regarding delivery or the purchase of goods.

Your data is stored on secure servers accessed only by authorised employees of PPE Stores. We regularly scan and test for vulnerabilities to ensure your data is as secure as possible and is only disclosed to manufacturers and wholesalers who need this information to deliver your goods. When PPE Stores gives your information to these third parties, we ensure that they do not use your data for any other purpose than the supply of goods.

With your consent, you will receive marketing emails from time to time which all have an unsubscribe option so you can freely withdraw or revoke consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time. Email addresses gathered as part of marketing activities will be retained until a customer makes a request to us to have data held about them amended or deleted. Evidence of your consent to receive email marketing will be retained by PPE Stores.
